[Resolved] Airtel Broadband — Complaint not resolved for 3 months | |||||
I have logged in a complaint in may for frequent disconnection and after that i have logged complaints 4 more times but till today it is not been resolved... I asked for disconnection of the broadband and landline on 21st of july and they called me from a special team and asked one day permission to get the problem resolved on july 26th... The same guy called me on 27th and said they have resolved the problem but i have the same issue... Today (28th july) some service engineer called and asked if am at home and said he is coming to check the problem... If the problem is resolved on 27th why should they come again to check...
