[Resolved] Airtel — Broadband - Connection issue

I am having issue with Airtel broadband for the last 3 months now. Every 5-10 days, broadband stops working. I need call the customer care and keep complaining. ALso, they do not fix the issue after 1 call. For the latest complaint[protected] i raised on 28th Nov, they fixed it on the same day, and again the broadband stopped working on 29th Nov. I complained again, and they opened the ticket. The issue is still not fixed, and i keep getting message from airtel "As per our discussion, your complaint resolution has been rescheduled." Even though I have not had any such discussion.

Please fix the permamantly. I cannot go through this every 5-10 days.

Updated by pranu2707 The issue was addressed and internet is working for couple of days now. But will need to check if the issue does not happen again after 10 days.
