[Resolved] Airtel — Broadband - Connection issue | |||||
I am having issue with Airtel broadband for the last 3 months now. Every 5-10 days, broadband stops working. I need call the customer care and keep complaining. ALso, they do not fix the issue after 1 call. For the latest complaint[protected] i raised on 28th Nov, they fixed it on the same day, and again the broadband stopped working on 29th Nov. I complained again, and they opened the ticket. The issue is still not fixed, and i keep getting message from airtel "As per our discussion, your complaint resolution has been rescheduled." Even though I have not had any such discussion. Please fix the permamantly. I cannot go through this every 5-10 days. Was this information helpful? | |||||
