[Resolved] Airtel — Broadband connection refund issue | |||||
I applied for a broadband connection of airtel, they came to my house checked everything, filled forms, took my documents and 1000 rs. And told me that within 3 days broadband will be installed. But when i did not hear anything for 3 days i called them. That is when i came to know that my case has been cancelled. No one bothered to inform me about it. Then i asked for my refund. They told me i will get a call and all i will have to do is tell them my account number and money will be transferred. However i didn't get any call, i called airtel and explained to them what had happened. I got hung up on several times while i called customer care team. Finally i was told to raise refund request and i did - aor917b1b - but still i have not received my refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Airtel unable to resolve my 4 month old issue till date even after complaining to their nodal offer & appalete in Karnataka circle. I have sent multiple mails and followed up with calls to 121 help desk. Even though they are promising to solve the issue, I am not seeing any improvement as on date

I requested to disconnect my broadband connection 2 months back still they didn't inspire of tat for same being 1 week max. Now I am getting frequent calls for same which i don't know what to do as they are harassing me in and out really I am fed up. . .
