Airtel Broadband — Don't buy Airtel Broadband Connection Online or Don't make payment online to airtel | |||
Hi, I have purchased online plan "Airtel-UL-Super Max Plus 1099 9GB" from Airtel Broadband from this link http://www.airtel.in/broadband-and-fixed-line/broadband/tarrifs & had pay 1, 000 INR from my credit card. Before purchasing I have already taken confirmation from the customer support of Airtel is my area is eligible or not for the connection, they assured me that my area is eligible for the connection after that I have make my payment. After 2 days when I have not received any call, sms or email from the Airtel I made a call to the customer support, then they said my area is not eligible for the connection & I'll get my refund back within 20 days through the cheque, I ask to him why do I wait for 20 days, they said to me this is the procedure, I also ask question to him "before payment I have asked to your customer support in chat they assured me that my area is eligible for the connection but now you are refusing why?" They have no any answer of my question. I'm really very disappointed from the Airtel Broadband customer support & their working style which is very painful for the customer. So, the bottom of the line "First take connection then pay" otherwise you'll also wait so long for your own money. I don't know my money will return to me or not in 20 days but I hope for the best.
