[Resolved] Airtel — Broadband false advertising and poor service | |||||
Hi. This is Chris from Chennai. Airtel broadband is calling and advertising for additional GB without mentioning that the additional 40Gb (existing plan is 60GB) would cost be additional 99rs. I believe this is a misrepresentation and false advertising since they dont mention the additional cost unless we question them. And the broadband service speed of 2mbps for 1300 has been extremely unreliable and faulty as well with multiple maintenance shut down. Extremely dissatisfied. Was this information helpful? | |||||
