Airtel Broadband — Refund of new broadband connection amount

Hi, I have raise a broad band request and paid the amount online ₹500 on march 12 2015. As the broad band service was not feasible in my area for broadband connection i requested them to refund my amount. I am following this issue with customer care and then submit complain to nodal team but haven't got any proper response from any one. So I have contacted appellate team but then also i am unable to get my refund amount yet. It has been almost 3 months now and still i am not getting my refund amount. I am also requesting to all the other users who are thinking to buy airtel broadband or 4g service to not to buy any services from airtel and not to pay online for new broadband connection as you will not get any refund amount after paying online. I have requested for a broadband connection and have submitted advance rental of 1000 INR. As the broad band service was not feasible in my area i requested them to refund my amount. I mailed airtel team and received a refrence number as 65912990 for airtel account number [protected].
I received a call from customer care and they requested me for online refund mode for which ticket number was AORf86a67 but I have not received my refund amount yet.
Please help.

Hi Airtel,
i had very good opinion on airtel until few days back. On May 12th i spoke to Airtel staff(Rajesh) and he said there is feasibility in my area and he assured to give connection in 2 days. before reaching out to rajesh we spoke to local airtel team and they said there is no feasibility. when we called this guys he said there is feasibility and the people to whom we spoke are the direct airtel employees and they will not be aware of such things. he came to my home and took 1000rs on 17th May and next day he called us saying that there is no feasibility and when we asked about money e stopped responding to our calls. finally by somehow we raised request in airtel refund site last week and till now they didnt refund amount to us.this is the worst experience we have faced with airtel and these people say they are no.1 in India. i sincerely advise my dear friends, please dont opt for airtel and pay money in advance until their technical team come and visit your place and confirm you. i also sincerely advise not to opt for airtel. we have many good competitors coming now-a-days who are serving betther then these guys.

As per the terms and condition if the new connection is not given within 7days they promised to refund the installation amount but still now response. very bad service . i just begged them to handover my 1000 still no refund. Everybody don't trust to Airtel Connection !!!


On March 2016, I applied the broadband connection with paid 1000. which is not possible for providing a airtel connection services into my house. Connection agent Depanshu taken 1000 Rs and with all ids, photos.
Last 3 minutes I am calling and went to airtel office in sadar bazzar, they are not responding to my request, they said that u have to go to ganga nagar.
But I am telling to area mgr of gaurav, said that already given the request to finance team, they will proceed soon.

I am attaching the photo on that person and form and his number. so solve my problem.

This is purely cheating and fraud by Airtel personnel for getting their target completed. You can give complaint to the nearest police station.

i had very good opinion on airtel until few days back. On june 23rd I made the payment of RS 3200. However it is already 7 days over and no response.

I sincerely advise my dear friends, please dont opt for airtel. very very worse service I have ever seen.
Worse experience with Airtel 2nd time.
They did same thing again after 8-10 months.
Today a executive called me after applying a broadband connection 7 days before and said connection can't be possible at my location. This is my second time in a year. Both the time when I applied for a broadband connection they first checked and said connection is available at my location. After payment and documentation they said connection is not available at my location.
They are showing that company has a open network and don't hide anything from customers but reality is just opposite of it. They are just making their customers fool and grabbing their money. If company don't have service available in the location then why don't they inform before applying new connection. Every time they first take payment from customer then said service is not available. What rubbish??

Same thing they did 8-10 month before. And I had to followed up regularly for more than a month to get my money back.
They are just wasting my money and time.

When i was in Mumbai i was used a postpaid number [protected] and i converted to prepaid before moving out of country.Couple of week after i didn't received any bill copy and send an email to customer care asking bill copy to pay my outstanding he given only the total amount details which need to pay.I paid the money 10 Days before the due date .After paid money also everyday i use to get 30+automated voice calls asking me to pay the amount which already paid .I raised this issue but after that also i was faced the issue near by 2 weeks while roaming out of country .Per call 90 Rupees i lost my balance and it disturbed me lot.i want a solution solution for this i have proper evidence for everything .If there is not proper solution i will post the entire communication in all public forums and once i am back i will approach legally.
How to check airtel online refund status with ticket num

I have paid Rs 1000/- more than a month ago for new broadband connection. There is no connection/money refund from them at all. They are a big fraud.

This is purely cheating and fraud by Airtel personnel for getting their target completed. You can give complaint to the nearest police station.
I have provided advance payment of Rs 1000, two months before and not yet received the refund. The service personnel is collecting payment cheques from customers by saying false information without informing the feasibility issue. This is direct cheating and should be filed police complaint against the person and the company.

I booked a new broadband connection on 7/11/2016 and my registered number is [protected] And paid 1000 to airtel but no installation done till date. What the hell service is this even no one picks the call this is airtel service center they never pick the call and help about the service.very bad service solve it immediately or refund money.
