[Resolved] Airtel — Broadband speed issue | |||||
I live in Noida Sector -62, Bhagirathi Appartments. I applied for 899 Rs plan with 8 Mbps speed (effectively 1MBPS) but I came to know through an installation team member that plan provided to me is 2Mbps (getting 1/8 i.e. 250 KBPS) speed. The reason is that they are using society internal wiring and that does not support more than 2Mbps speed. But It is not my problem. They should have told me this limitation beforehand. I am paying for 8Mbps plan and What I am getting is 2Mbps. Was this information helpful? | |||||

For SIM port it took more than one month and now after submitting documents and activating the SIM, you are saying we have not received documents. My outgoing and incoming calls are stopped. This is bad and poor service from airtel.
