Airtel — Channels not working | |||||
I am an airtel dth customer . I recently upgraded my airtel dth set top box form standard definition to HD. My customer id is [protected]. some of the channels are not working properly, they loose signal now n then. I have tried contacting a lot on the number provided on the site www.airtel.in [protected] but whenever I press the Talk to Our Customer Representative button, the phone gets disconnected. I have also mailed my complaint but have got no calls or mails in response though the site promises that they will address the complaint in 2 days.
