[Resolved] Airtel — Charging excess call rates than agreed rate. | |||
My Airtel No.: [protected]. Relationship No.: [protected]. I have purchased a Airtel Post paid sim card (My Plan 199) on 13/10/2014, it has been said by the sales man that the calls will be charged at 30 paisa after exceeding free minutes, but i have been charged at 50 paisa in the bill which i got on 29/10/2014. It is case of cheating by the Airtel representatives to sell the sim cards by telling lie. Credit the difference amount( 50-30=20 paisa each call) to my account.
