Airtel — Charging of amount from my pre paid mob account | |||
Dear sir/madam I am pre paid customer of airtel mob no [protected]. On 17 jul 2015 at 08.08 am i received the massage that supercombopack has been activated @ rs. 35/- for 7 days and also your service for videeopind service has been renewed on your airtel mobile @ rs. 30/- for 7 days. 2. Both the services activated on my mob no. Without any notice as i had neither applied nor asked for any types of pack on my number. 3. I immediately called your representative but they unable to give me satisfactory reply as why this happen. Why the services has been activated without the knowledge of customer. It is very much embarrassing to the customer to deduct the amount. Kindly look into the matter and the amount deducted without my consent be refunded earliest.
