[Resolved] Airtel — Charging of hello tune after a misleading call from a customer care executive
I got a call from customer care executive at around 1;30 pm today. Customer care executive said very quickly that, company is offering hellotune for free of charge, for that i need to press 5 two times. Then i cut the call. She called me again and same way misleaded me, and repeated the same. According to the customer care executive's direction i pressed 5 for two times. At evening i came to know my balance has been deducted. I contacted the customer care at 121, waited again at my own expense but could not reach to concerned department. I want my balance back. I have stopped the hello tune service this evening. Why i am cheated like this? How to get back my balance. Please check the recorded conversation between me and the executive. Please let me know how will i get justice? Was this information helpful?
