Airtel — cheating by represantives of your AIRTEL organisation

Sir, Your representatives from me have collected Rs. 400/- telling existing CUG customers are being given an opportunity of one more CUG for 6 monthly rental free and 75/- rent after 6moths. Believed on this I have paid RS 400/- but surprisingly your office demanding me to pay rent more than 280/- in two months after connection with other charges i.e more than 350/-. Sir, I submit that this issue is a serious concern from such a group of big organisation. Hence, I request you to kindly resolve the case and also I request you to deduct the amount I am due from my deposit of 400/- and seize the mobile no[protected] from now onwards and pay me balance amount.
