Airtel — Cheating in Postpaid Mobile Bills - Airtel

Hi, I have a corporate plan in Airtel. Every month they charged for calling my CUG numbers and activate a 3G packs without my notification. Every month they charged about 450 instead of my 125 rupee plan. every time i called them they are giving some wavier about of 150 rs and cheating me. this is the third month they are doing the same. Anyone please suggest, how to raise a legal complaint for this?
