[Resolved]  Airtel — Cheating innocent customers

Sir/madam,
This rajani dasegowda i am using airtel number is +91-[protected], i would like to bring to your kind notice that all airtel customer care executives are cheating, misleading and misguiding innocent customers. This is one instance, i have recharged 10gb data for rs.1505/- on 27/06/2016 at 11.00 am through internet banking (Ref: transaction id[protected] but after entering otp the transaction got declined meanwhile my account debited by rs.1505/- but i dint receive any data. On the same moment i called customer care and spoke to one of airtel executives regarding this he said that sorry madam due to our sever problem your transaction got declined and don’t worry you will get your money back within 7 working days to your account. Actually i was very much need of internet data so asked the same executive. Then he said me to recharge once again and your first recharge amount will credited to my account. Same day i have once again recharge same amount of rs.1505/- through internet bank at 12.00 pm even i got 10gb data immediately (Ref: transaction id[protected]
After one hour i. E at 1.40 pm i got another 10gb data of first declined transaction. Totally i was credited 20gb data expiring on 24.07.2016. Then i called customer care and i spoke to one of aitel care executive and supervisor regarding this and i asked her to refund first recharge amount as we are middle class family people we could not use entire 20gb data in 28 days by spending totally rs.3000/- in a single month and more over it is burden for us. Then she assured me to solve my issue by discussing with technical team with in five working days. After five working days once again i called customer care then one your executive spoke to me and said madam we can’t refund your money back but we will extend the expiry date to another 28days. I said her to extend that day only but she sad don’t worry madam we will do it later before 24.07.2016. Then she only said me that madam you no need of calling once again customer care and we will only call before 24/07/2016 so i quite by believing airtel executives and supervisors words.
After many days that means on 19/07/2016 one of their executive called me and said madam if you want to extend the period you have to recharge rs.186/- and i asked why i should anyhow i am still having 13gb then she said arrogantly if you want recharge or else leave it so i got angry as that was small thing to leave entire 13gb data so i shouted at her and one of their supervisor also that day why that first supervisor or executive dint revealed anything for extending period i have to recharge once again for rs.186/- afterwards he said that once again i will talk to technical team and then i will get back to you. But there is no response from their side so once again i only called customer care executive to transfer call to their supervisor but while transferring call i know intentionally they disconnected the call but i dint keep quite so once again i called then one of their supervisor said me in the neck moment we are not having any option to extent the period without recharge rs.186/- and sorry for our mistake.
Like this all airtel rascal executives, supervisors intentionally misleading, misguiding and cheating innocent customers for earning more and more incentives by making loss to poor customers. You people just think for educated customers they are cheating like this what about uneducated and poor village people. They are advertise all over india we won’t hide anything we are best. But we will (Who are all got cheated by their fraud and uneducated executives and supervisor) says they are the very worst connection in this world. They are unfit to serve the innocent customers.
If you are a human being go through all recording whatever your nonsense/unfit executives and supervisors spoke so far and how they cheating innocent one and teach them good lesson. Kindly get me justice
