Airtel — Company wrong recharge airtel | |||||
1.On daily basis i was getting the messages from airtel for an offer of 1GB + 1GB 3G data free for Rs 297 for 28 days. 2. Yesterday night i have received the same sms, so i have recharged with Rs 297 and didn't got any benefit instead i got the benefit of 2000 local A2A mins for 28days. 3. Today in the morning i called upto the customer care and they were of no help. Attached are the screenshot of messages. I feel I have been cheated.Pathetic service, i won't recommend anyone for airtel. Was this information helpful? | |||||
