[Resolved] Airtel — complaint against airtel executive - MR. RAHUL ([protected]) and Mr. Deepak ([protected]) | |||
Hi, I am Akansha Sharma I have requested to port my airtel prepaid mobile number [protected] to airtel postpaid and then i received a call from airtel backend office named MR. RAHUL ([protected]) on 31.10.2014, i have confirmed the AIRTEL POSTPAID PLAN OF 1599/- and MR. RAHUL has sent a guy Mr. Deepak ([protected]) to take my documents and security deposit of 250/- on 01.11.2014. Later i was told that they can not give me the said plan, so i told them to refund my security deposit and my documents back; its been more than 10 days now niether i have received my security deposit nor my documents; it seems that they are miss using my documents. I have been calling them since a week and now nobody is receving a call. Was this information helpful? | |||
