Airtel — Complaint against sim activation | |||
Hi, I had a prepaid connection with airtel all this while and unfortunately i chose to change it to postpaid. All the formalities are completed and they confirmed that the sim will be activated within half n hour of verification. Its been more than an hour and its still not activated. I call the customer care and they say i have to wait for 24 hours. So 24 hours i cannot use my phone which is going to hamper my work. Please take necessary actions against this. This connection was taken from Kaggadaspura main road airtel showroom 10th Cross Rd, Kaggadasapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560093. Connection was taken on 26th Dec 2015 and the verification was done today 29th Dec 2015 Was this information helpful? | |||
