[Resolved] Airtel — Complaint regarding fake postpaid connection plan 330 | |||
Hi, I got a call from airtel to convert to a postpaid plan of rs 330. The lady said i would be getting:- 1) 500 mb data 2) 750 std+ local minutes 3) 300 sms I reconfirmed and she said it's the best plan. So i said ok. Then one person came and took my documents.(Contact number of the Person:- [protected]) The number got converted. Got a call and they said data plan will start in few Minutes. It did and i started using the internet happily. Then i just checked my balance and it was saying rs 197 unbilled amount (Excluding rental). Send a tweet and called airtel office, i was surprised that There was no internet pack. No one called that there was not any internet pack or that i was not having a 330 pack. This is such a pain. Since i converted my number, am feeling like it was a big Mistake to trust airtel. Now airtel refuses to accept this and they have billed me rs 300 for 6 days of postpaid.
