[Resolved]  Airtel — Complane against mobile no-[protected] (Mobile no activation)

Dear Concern, I had applied the migrate connection from prepaid to postpaid Air-tel Carporate postpaid connection.(Mobile no-[protected]) i had submitted all the revalent document on 19-sep-2014 including connection charge of amount Rs.250 /-. Plan detail are as under which ever i had given:-corp-299 Plan.(1GB 2g data, 600 national calls, 100 local calls, 400 Sms lacal & national) I got a verification call on dated 30-sept 2014 regarding plan feature but as i refuse to take this plan as because whatever plan told by service center that is not matched with plan which he convinced earlier plan.Due to this reason i refuse to take Air-tel connection for same time & ask to return my document which i had given at the time of new connection.i am regular trying to connect concern person (Mr. Ram Yadav Mobile no-[protected], [protected]) but sorry to say that no one is picking the call till date.i had also mail several time regarding the same but noresolution taken from there side. Even i had talk to air-tel manager Mr.Rohit Suri he also convince me that your request will shotout within 48hours.but no solution done till date.this type of service providing by Air-tel post paid connection. on 17-oct-2014 i receive the verification massage from company & converted my prepaid mobile number to post-paid plan with new feature plan which i am not satisfied with the plan.i asked him to please stop my current plan as whatever i had asked he is not providing the same. then i talked to both concern person Mr.ram yadav & Mr. Rohit Suri (Manager)but no one is giving the responce to me. current status of my Sim is de-activated. Kindly re-activate the sim(Mobile no-[protected])in pre paid as soon as possible within 24 hours.if my document & connection amount (Rs.250)will not return to me i 'll take legal action to your company.This is just harrasing the customer. -- Thanks & Regards...!!!
