[Resolved] Airtel — compliant for the wrong advice given by the customer care | |||
SIR/ MAM, This letter is to bring your attention on the wrong advice given by your customer care person- AMERJEET KAUR. On 28th of November, 2014 at 2:11 I asked her for blackberry data card pack without BBM and she adviced me for Rs129 pack (for data and 300 sms). After receiving a recharge successful message I lost 60rs and later when complained, I came to know the pack was for BBM and sms. With lot of struggle I got my 60rs from the senior person- ANUJ. But my 129rs has been wasted because this pack is not of my use. And I was adviced wrong by the concerned person. I hope you will look on my compliant seriously and will take action for my benefit as soon as possible.
