[Resolved] Airtel — Continuous signal problem | |||
My mobile No.[protected]. I have continuous signal problem since more than a year and I had registered lot of complaints. Whenever I am at office, I do not have any problem. But at home it shows (x) mark on signals. I requested for porting my number on 31st May 2014. & received message: Porting Code is AA676696 and valid till 15/06/2014. Airtel calls and requests me to wait for 2 more months and problem will be solved. Continuously, this is going on since more than a year. Presently they have stopped services since August (in between they call and ask me to settle) My question to airtel is that when I am unable to make calls, whenever required, why should I pay that much & request me not to go for porting. Can anyone help me to get my problem solved, without loosing my number. Was this information helpful? | |||
