Airtel — Customer care call doesn't connect to the representative but the amount gets deducted | |||
my number Airtel Prepaid Mobile #[protected]. I have been calling the customer care for the past 2 days and go through the IVRs but when i want to talk to the customer care executive by pressing 9(as instructed by IVR) the recording say you will be charged for the call.and connects when i agree to it. But since then it dint connect me to the representative. this has been happening for a while. and i have been losing money from my account. I would like the forum to investigate and resolve this issue and take strict action against Airtel. this is no only me but for my another number also [protected]. please take strict action for call drops and return the money back Was this information helpful? | |||
