Airtel — DATA LEAKAGE and Phone numbers getting monitored

Hello, Its really unfortunate that people have to spend their time on writing such complaints. Airtel is monitoring my phone numbers, whats app messages, the data being browsed using airtel gprs connectivity is shared to external without any permission. This is happening from last more than 4 months. Have reported all these details to airtel cusomer care multi-ple times but there is no re[censored]ion. Moreover customer care guys ask to switch to 4G without giving any valid reason. How ethical and fair to do all this illegal things by Airtel. Moreover they also disconnect the GSM conenctivity as per their wish and will. There is recognition for the cusomers who have been using this service for last so many years Regards, Advait [protected]

After writing this complaint on web, airtel is troubling more intentionally and is involved in other personal and professional matters. So whatever advertisements AIRTEL is showing on TV/media with "decorated" slogans, they say "Dikhave pe na jao"...Generally, after writing complaint any organisation should try to improve the situation or provide more freebies for a long time.
The intention behind starting the business was not to get into personal and/or professional matters...Hope other service providers (internet, mobile)are not doing this...this will malign their image in an intense manner.

There is no resolution yet on this issue nor the GPRS connectivity is unavailable even after paying the charges. This means airtel is ripping the customers and have taken them for a ride, with revenue being continuous to AIRTEL. Otherwise this message will go viral soon with people around will stop using airtel.
