Airtel — Deactivating post paid mobile connection
Dear Sir I have two Airtel postpaid mobile connections. I waned to cancel one. I was trying to deactivate the connection on line. But there is no easily accessible link for Deactivation. Finally when I want to Airtel shoppee/customer service center I was given an email id and was told to send a mail to this email id retail.[protected]@kaycomm.in I verified this email id also by calling customer service no 121. I have sent mail to this email id on 22nd September 2014. The content of the mail is as follows ''This is to request you to close down and permanently disable my mobile no [protected]. Please note that I will not be paying any bills for this number from this date on wards ' On the same day I paid the entire amount of the bill Rs 3000/0 so that no dues will remain. Despite of that my account is not yet deactivated. Was this information helpful?
