Airtel — deactivation request not processed;two months unfair bill | |
Dear Sir,
My airtel 4g no. is [protected].I asked for deactivation of my airtel explicitly in a call with the custmer care executive of airtel on 26 june 2015.I was under the impression that my no. would be deactivated but i kept getting bill.I contacted them to find out that no deactivation request was registered.But now they want to pay about 2600 bill .Needless to mention my data usage for two months is 0.00.kindly check the call interaction i had with the executive on 26 june 2015.
