Airtel — Deduct amount from main balance amount.

Dear Sir, I, Nisith Sar a prepaid customer of West Bengal circle and my number is [protected]. I had recharged rupees 160.00 on dated 15/07/15 and got rupees 165.00 in main balance and total main balance was above rupees 165.00. Yesterday I checked my balance and saw only rupees 66.70.But from 15/07/15 to till date I am not used amount in main balance except only one SMS.From yesterday to till date I try to contact with your customer care in 121, 198, [protected], [protected] but all are cut my call in few second.I want to know actual matter and return my balance amount.My contact details is E-mail: nisith.[protected]@gmail.com.Also I want a complaint number immediately.
