Airtel — Deduct Rs. 99 without my permission

An amount of rs. 99/- deducted from my prepaid account under head IR 99 value added services on [protected] I have neither requested for this service nor they sought my permission to deduct this amount. In fact I am out of the country(india) for more than 4 months. I can be contacted by email if required.

Please Deactivate IR99 plan on
. It is not activated by me which is activated by Airtel without my
permission . I previously deactivate this service. But why are you
activating this again and again, Please check your previous record
. I don't need this facility. Please refund deducted balance
asap.

I was shocked to see a debit of Rs. 99/- against ir99 of Airtel on 3/7/2016. I had this problem earlier also but ignored. Can some one guide me on how to go about it to get the refund and stop such looting by Airtel in future..
I am always out of india and do make a call using my number [protected] to keep the line active.sometimes I get promotional calls which if attended I am charged roaming charges.Then when there is a transaction frequently, why should AIRTEL charge ir99?

Please guide me how to go about it
