[Resolved] Airtel — Deducting money for form credit card after cancellation of connection | |||
29th jul : send request to [protected]@airtel.in for cancelling direct / auto debit from credit card on monthly payment and received confirmation on cancellation on the same day. 8th jul: raised request to shift connection as we shifted house to next cross. The connection was deactivated on the same day. 20th jul : received call from airtel relocation is not possible due to non availability of port. 16th aug : received message from bank for auto debit of rs.400 / towards airtel connection. 16th - 18th aug: tried calling / mailing airtel to get clarification on debit 18th aug : customer executive [vignesh] informed this debit is for billing period 11th jul - 20th jul and they can't reverse the amount.
