[Resolved]  Airtel — Deduction from my Main Balance

My mobile No is [protected]. I have recharged my mobile on 1GB 3G net package on 15.12.2014 for 28 days and expired on 11.01.2015. I recharged my talk time on 30.12.2014 for Rs.180/- for 28 days validity. Yesterday i have noticed that my net balance is become 0.00. Therefore i have recharged 1GB 3G net package for Rs.197/- at 10.29 p.m. Today morning i call my friend for a urgent issue, your network informed that there is no balance to make a call. I am very shocked to hear this msg. Why my main balance cut with out any prior msg. If my net pack expires due to reach of limit, the company should also be automatically cut my net usage like main balance.Here no persons are allowed after their main balance is become Rs.0. The net package are also be treated like the talk time account is correct and reasonable. I contact today to the customer care service and asked this issue.The service persons are simply asked my problem and just replied with their terms & conditions. This is ridiculous and stupid procedure followed with the customer service. Whenever a customer contact with their complaint, the company should consider their problem or any other issues and any of the valid points are being stated are to be rectified. THEREFORE I REQUEST TO REVERSE THE DEDUCTION MADE FROM ME IMMEDIATELY.
