Airtel — Deduction from talktime

I would like to draw your attention on deduction of talktime of last two occassions, details as below . On 24th April I had refilled my talk time with rs 200 and 2G 1GB internet of rs 155.next day it has been observed that my internet usuage got finished and further internet usuage all amount has been taken from talk time. When i contacted your customer care I have been informed that in that 155 rs you have given me only 512mb internet usuage but I tell you I got sms that which states that you activated 1GB 2G internet. Today again i experienced the same thing, I had activated rs 25, 125mb usage and rs 200 talktime now my balance is Zero. I completely believe you are customer orientated company since i am using this number since 5-6 year or more. therefore I request you to compensate me and refilled my talktime with rs 400 and going forward please get sms confirnation for taking internet usage money thro' available talk-time to avoid any such circumstance in future.
