Airtel — Deduction of balance | |||
Very frequently airtel has been deducting my balance on several episodes. On asking they say its because of my 3g internet pack. When i claimed that my 3g airtel pack is still active and enough mega byte of data left they say in defense my data usage is too high then i have in my account. My contention is that airtel shoud deduct from my 3g pack and then from my main balance. This has become an ulterior method of deduction in name of 3g.
