Airtel — Deduction of money after enabling unneccsary plans without confirmation

Voice answering same as ring tone service was enabled by giving wrong informationto consumer and amount of 60 RS was deducted from prepaid plan, It is found that from various months the amount arround 100 is deducted without knowledge of the consumer from prepaid amount.
