[Resolved] Airtel — Deduction of my Rs.10 & cutting of my phone without providing soln by ur customer care. | |||
Being a customer of Airtel if i have any problem then i will 1st contant ur customer service only, but looking at ur operators response i m fully dis-satisfied with ur Customer care service. I have mged for the activation of 2days 2G service from my mobile no- [protected] on 24/11/14 and then waited for almost 30mins for the activation mge, but since no mge was delivered i tried once again but after 1hr saw Rs.20 was deducted from my acc balance. I tried to took help from ur customer service, but ur customer repressentative named rashmi was't able to provide any soln and transferd the call to some guy( head representative) who just cutted the phone betwn our conversation without proper soln. I am fully disapointed with such aproach o[censored]r customer service bcoze later also after calling 2-3 times no soln was provided. Please provide my Rs.10 back bcoze just 2days 2g net has been activated for which i have being charged Rs.20, whrere acc to rule just Rs.10 should have being deducted.
