Airtel — Deduction of net amount and main acct balance | |||
1. This is regarding deduction on amount from my main account on 18th apr 15. Around rs 300 were deducted without any reason and data of 400 mb was also deducted. 2. There is no answer with customer care executive of yours and when I asked that I want to speak to senior executive then my call was disconnected. 3. This is not expected from a reputed company like airtel. 4. Same thing had happened with me in 13 mar 15 also where my 750 mb data was deducted from my data pack. 5. When I am using 3g data pack and I always turn my "mobile data" off whenever I am not using it. 6. Keeping in mind the above things I would request that my amount to be credited back in my main acct alongwith data pack. 7. Your senior executive can call me to update me regarding the same. 8.
