[Resolved]  Airtel — Demanding for extra money

I came to know about a scheme from Airtel for up gradation to HD+ in just 1399/-. At the first I was told that I will have to pay 1399 in total for the same.Later the representative added that I wont be getting a remote in the package 1399/-.I will have to pay 450/- extra for the remote.Confirming the same on service number 12150 I came to know that I'm not suppose to pay any extra amount since the remote is included in the package of 1399/-. Now the representative ask extra money for adapter and the bargain is going on for a couple of days.They also demand extra money for visit.Also they are not giving the warranty o[censored]pgraded box.I tried filing a complaint with TSM of Airtel Digital Tv Jhansi for all the manipulation... but ended up listening "Kindly Cooperate". please Help me.
