[Resolved] Airtel — Denial to disconnect services to my mobile number | |||
I am writing to complaint about the blatant denial of airtel representatives in rescinding of my airtel services linked to the account number[protected]. In spite of my repeated pleas, no action has been commenced from airtel's side. The first request, to abrogate the airtel number, was being sent on 30th September, for which the corresponding reference number was PO[protected]. Thereafter, at least three calls were received on my alternate number. The calls from the representatives assured me that the services to the concerned number were going to be removed soon. However, to my consternation, the services are still active. Therefore, I have had launched a new complaint PO[protected] on 9th October, which refers to the let down on airtel's part to resolve my issue. Unless any action is soon initiated on my grievance, I would be tempted to launch my grievances against airtel's failure to concentrate on my supplication, on various consumer forums; and, subsequently file a complaint in the law court against the unethical behaviour of airtel. I am hoping that the further aggravation could be avoided by airtel's timely intervention, and I look forward to hearing from the concerned authorities soon. In fact, messages sent to the delhi nodal officer has bounced back, indicating that there is gross misrepresentation of information on airtel's site to bewilder customers causing intense anguish and agony for their pending issues.
