[Resolved] Airtel — Did not return 3500 rs for iptv hd service they did not provide | |||
Hi, My name is naresh jain and i applied for iptv hd connection few months back and paid a sum of 3500/- to airtel sales executive. I have been told by airtel executives that iptv hd connection will not be possible and payment will be refunded. My airtel account no is [protected]. I have sent airtel this very mail many times. I was told that the problem would be resolved by 29th july, 2015. I have been given dates again and again but no refund is being made from their end. I request a full refund at the earliest from airtel. I am attaching the customer enrollment form as well. Was this information helpful? | |||

I had recharged from my airtel app for rs100 but i got only rs10 in to balance. 100 is debited from my account if i call the customer care they are not responding properly like wise i am facing many issues related to airtel

Hi,
Airtel called me and asked for my bank details but did not transfer the amount.
After a few days, airtel representative called me on May, 23, 2016 and asked if I still want the iptv hd.
I agreed but then they again told me that it wont be possible.
I request you to kindly give my money back and stop creating troubles for me.
