DEAR SIR/MADAM, Good morning! I requested to register my new mobile number [protected] in change of previous registered mobile number [protected] for my airtel digital TV customer ID[protected]for further correspondence/communication since No.[protected] which is allotted to my wife Mrs. Shakuntala Murmu is no more in existence, so mismatching with the ID[protected].In reference to my requisition a text msg was received from AV-AIRDTV on 30/07/2015 13:24 expressing"Namaste! [protected] has been updated as the registered mobile number against your airtel digital TV customer ID[protected]"but what, mobile No.[protected] is still showing as registered while trying correspondence surprisingly.
