Dear sir/madam
I am Raghunandan. My number is [protected].I have shifted my office so in connection with this I had requested to disconnect the broadband connection & shift the land line to the new office two weeks ago.My land line number is[protected]
Till date no action is taken with respect to the request.Or I have not received any acknowledgement that it is disconnected.I am getting messages to pay the rental charges though I am not using at all.Details regarding the new address has already been given over the phone to customer care executive.
