[Resolved] Airtel — Discontinue request of [protected] post paid | |||
i am using [protected] from 2011, as i relocated i requested to cancel my connection on 2014 July. i spoke to customer care about this they asked me to clear due bill and i cleared my due amount as on july 21. my connection is not deactivated but forcefully my connection is continued saying i am in different plan, which i was not at all interested, every time i called CC they made some reason and keep continue my number. i am frustrated as i am misguided every time since July 2014 about cancelling my connection and keep on sending bills. i am clearly asked CC in july to terminate my connection why they are not doing, CC are not ready to listen and i request to stop my connection here again, i lost hope in your Customer care here every time we are misguided. My simple request is to terminate my [protected] post paid connection. Please airtel stop exploiting customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
