Airtel — Documents misplaced by airtel outlet team and outgoing barred with inform to customer | |||||
Hi i had converted Post paid(M: [protected]) connection to Prepaid and while conventing paid paid connection i have provided Photo and address proff of DL. after 3 month my outgoing barred at Airtel Outlet in Ramamurthy nagar, bangalore. no information from Aitel till now documents not available. i want same Out let ask them for reason outgoing bar and say that resubmit document than i asked them when i taking connection i have submited all document and why u are asking again. they are not responding for that and saying resubmit. fast one month my out going barred what is use for connection. my concerns at some reason outgoing barred customer should they primary information from from Airtel. what kind of services there providing. have Network issue always and in my home i can't see single. regards, abraham.
