[Resolved]  Airtel — Double amount deduction

If the recharge is unsuccessful any person in his/her right mind would attempt to do it again. If the transaction is under progress...the same same should be displayed on the screen. thats their error. but the customer care SUPERVISOR claims that to be my error and says "I should have waited for 10 minutes after the attempt." I should wait for 10 minutes to get a mere 26 rupees recharge done from you? Are people mad to get the same pack recharged twice? Cant they see the error? I got an Airtel message pack recharge done on[protected] t 12:00. when I tried to pay through the amount through mobile banking I got a message that the transaction was unsuccessful. so I tried to recharge it again. It was done immediately. But, after 5 minutes...the amount got deducted again. I called up the customer care and spoke to them. They transfered my call to the supervisor. His name is kondalrao/ kondalraju. I explained him everything and then he says I should have called up before. I told him I called him up now and then he says cant refund.
