Airtel — DSL charges | |||
I am a 7 years old Airtel broadband customer, last month when I decided to terminate the connection (because of high rental plans) customer care offered me a cheaper plan and told me I would not be charged for PC secure which was there in my current plan. This month when I got charged for PC Secure (note : bill says that heading as DSL Usage Charges) I called them up and one manager named Gopal told me you yourself have enabled it (he was so arrogant and annoying in behaviour as well) while I continuously told him 1.I haven't enabled it and 2. I got a SMS that I will be charged rs. 125 for PC Secure.. But that poor mental was unable to understand that.. This is pure cheating from Airtel side.. God bless them..
