Dear sir, Mobile no.: [protected] Name: Rasul Chauhan Issue: bill detail of month AUG-2014 I message so many times to 121 "EPREBILL AUG [protected]@gmail.com" from my airtel mo. No. [protected] but I did not received any bill detail to my mail. Balance in my no. Is 63 rs. & balance also not deducted. I receive below message reply from customer care on my [protected]: 1. Your bill request has been received. Thankyou 2. Error: you do not have sufficient balance. Your prepaid bill request could not be processed. I contacted to airtel office today but my problem was not solve, so please mai me bill of AUGUST 2014 to my mail [protected]@gmail.comas soon as possible.
