Airtel — ERROR IN BILLING | |||
Subject: Error in Billing of phone no-[protected]/993/ five others Dear Sir, We have following numbers of Air 1-[protected] 2-[protected] 3-[protected] 4-[protected] 5-[protected] 6-[protected] 7-[protected] We are shocked to notice that our first five numbers are in CUG where as remaining last two numbers are being charged from and to the called made/ recieved from first five numbers. We requested airtel to look in to their mistake and correct the current month billing and also give us credit for the amount over charged since we have taken last two numbers. But they have clearly refused to acceept their mistake and holding us responsible for creating different ParentID for the two numbers taken by us about 18 months ago. Trust this Parent ID has been created by airtel intentionally to increase billing amount illegally.
