[Resolved] Airtel — Excess bill and not providing proper bill for Revised bill amount | |||||
I was using airtel mobile no [protected] and felt that airtel charging Excess amount then my usage and PORTED to reliance net work. and i surprised with receipt of bill for Rs 2331.16 for 10 days and written complaint mails to Airtel . After continuous mails and followup they agreed that they are wrongly charged and revised the bill amount to Rs 691.46. And now airtel asking to pay Rs 691.46 without providing bill for Rs 691.46. i am asking bill for getting reimbursement from my company. yMy company wants bill because ma claim TDS for service Tax . without bill i am not getting Reimbursement . I am also feels without getting bill how i am suppose to pay bill Please help me.
