Airtel — Exorbitant billing and misleading | |||
It is very unfortunate to be a customer of airtel. I am a post paid customer of airtel and the billing is exorbitant from 3-4 months. Every time I enquire the customer care, they give the explanation of extra data usage. Whereas, the data usage meter in my phone show the difference of 30mb from that of the operator's. The executives promise to give discount on each bill and is never implemented. And, while buying the sim card, they have given the option of redeeming the initial deposit(paid while buying the sim card) and now while porting they refuse to re-fund/redeem the initial deposit.
