Airtel — Expired SIM Cards Provided for Number Portability | |||
Hi, The reason for writing this complaint is that, I am a vodafone customer and I wanted to port my number to airtel because of bad services. I submitted all my documents at Airtel Office, Indiranagar where they provided me with a new expired SIM Card. And after 10 days I went to ask the status of my number portability, they tell that these SIM cards have been expired and it takes 13 more days to get new ones. They refunded the amount after we returned the cards. Atleast they did not have the courtesy to ask sorry. Its a bad service at Airtel office, Indiranagar. Why don't they have stock in airtel office? Why weren't those new SIM cards checked before issuing them? This kind of service is intollerable. Was this information helpful? | |||

Same thing happened with me.They gave me a wrong sim.They didn't even say sorry.I had no connection for two days
