[Resolved] Airtel — Failure of bill payment but money taken from account | |||||
I had tried to Pay my Airtel Broadband Bills of Rs.2595.74 through BillDesk Payment.It said that your transcation failed due to some errors but amount debited from my account instantly. It also said that Amount transactioned would be refunded within 5 working days excluding Sundays.I have been waiting for 6 days still my amount has not been refunded.Then, my neighbour paid those bills for me. My Transaction ID: BILLDSK-GCNB[protected]-BILLDSK I have proof my Bank server too.Please refund the amount if you want me to continue in your services. Was this information helpful? | |||||
