[Resolved]  Airtel — fake plan details for postpaid connection

Sir, Last month I have taken up a new Airtel postpaid connection for data card on monthly 650 plan of 5GB 3 G usage and unlimited 2G usage. The executive told me that on 3G connection my data speed will be 3.1 mbps and in 2G my data speed will be 130 kbps, i access my 3G data in the mentioned speed but the 2G spped is very slow and its below 10kbps. I have choosen this plan only for the 130 kbps unlimited plan and why should I have to pay Rs.650 + tax of 12.5% for this 5GB ... So i would like to file a complaint about the fake information provided by the executive ... Thank you, G.GOKUL
